We also keep it in mind that your event is special and labor in order to retain that specialty all through the celebrations. You do not need to believe us. Our services cover anything starting from informal backyard gathering of a few people to major functions. Be it big or small, we offer same level of care and professionalism to each of the occasions. It is our aim to have repeat customers and referrals as well.
It is not rocket science to understand that, an event will need more than just a rented tent. This is why; we do offer all the amenities required for making the event special and unique in nature. You can call us and ask for anything starting from tables, chairs to sitting arrangements to special flooring.
The answer to this question is, yes, we do. Normally we need to have 30% of the total balance. A larger sum may be required as deposit in case of larger events.
In certain cases, we may refund the deposit. If your event gets cancelled within 60 days, then we refund the money except the amount required for documentation and handling charges. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, then we do not refund any money.
The payment is always due upon delivery and to ease your worries, we accept MasterCard, Visa, cheque or cash.
TOnce we have delivered the equipment and you have accepted it, no portion of the total bill is refundable anymore.
We offer our services in the following cities Beaumont, Nisku, Devon, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, St Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Androssan, Leduc, Gibbons and such.
